…I just drunkenly had a half hour phone-chat with Mom about the possibility of me following my boyfriend’s roommate (and therefore the boyfriend) out to Colorado in Fall.

and it’s totally past her bed time. 

although I would miss her terribly. 

The Criminal Minds episode I’m watching right now, takes place in little ole’ Milwaukee, Wisconsin and I cringe every time at their pronunciation of “milwaukee.” 

Didn’t they research?  If they had, they’d know the “L” is silent. Duh. 

*In the episode, a father uses his son to lure and abduct temporary ’mother figures’ until he grows tired of them and eventually cuts their hearts out. I think I prefer Futurama’s depiction of my city as ‘the most romantic place in the universe’.

Jon bought us Bucks tickets for Wednesday when they play the Heat!

AND, they’re actually playing well for once. EXCITING! 

(now to just figure out the new bus routes (really, the ‘green line’ who are we now?) and try to find something that looks basketballteamaffiliated)
